1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, uninstalled, and include the original packaging and included components where applicable.
Certain items, such as final-sale products or other products specifically identified as non-returnable on the product page, may not be eligible for return. Any applicable exclusions will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
2. Free Returns
Kelmwav LLC provides free returns for approved eligible return requests within the United States.
Customers will not be charged return shipping fees for approved eligible returns. Kelmwav LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label as part of the approved return process.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kelmwav.com within the applicable 30-day return period.
Please include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return so our team can review your request.
Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send a return before receiving return authorization and instructions from Kelmwav LLC.

Approved returns should be sent to the address above using the prepaid return shipping label and return instructions provided by our customer service team.
Returns sent without prior authorization may experience processing delays.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Additional processing time may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can provide expedited assistance with shipping-related issues.
Please provide your order number and clear photos of the item, affected area, and shipping packaging when applicable.
Approved cases may be eligible for replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances.
The 48-hour notification period is intended only to help us promptly review and resolve shipping damage, defects, or incorrect-item claims. It does not replace, reduce, or shorten our standard 30-day return window for eligible returns under this Return & Refund Policy.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items may be ineligible for return if they:
- Have been used, installed, altered, modified, or damaged after delivery due to customer handling or misuse
- Are returned without required components or original packaging where applicable
- Are identified as final sale or otherwise non-returnable on the product page before purchase
7. Restocking Fee
Restocking Fee: $0.00. Kelmwav LLC does not charge a restocking fee for approved eligible returns.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the expected processing timeframe, please:
