Returns & Refunds

At My Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting fixture purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy.

Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must also have the original tags and labels attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been installed or show signs of installation
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@kelmwav.com within the 30-day return window. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number.
  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment processor).

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
